Impact of Instruction with Concept Cartoons on Primary School 3rd Graders’ Speaking Skills

Aim of the study was to reveal impact instruction with concept cartoons on primary school 3rd graders’ speaking skills. The group consisted 58 third grade students in two different classrooms a state Ankara. classes were appointed as experimental and control groups. Quasi-experimental model pretest-posttest employed for research. Speaking given through group, current instructional program group. 25 hours total - 5 week. “Speaking Skill Assessment Rubric” data collection tool. Shapiro-Wilk, Mann Whitney U, Independent Samples t-Test Covariance Analysis used analyze obtained from Rubric. As result study, it revealed that skills who taught use cartoons, better components “language expression”, “content” “presentation”.
